Position Summary

Summary:

The Sales Support Manager works side-by-side with the Owner Operators, Direct Sales, Franchise Administration, Operations, and Marketing teams to plan, coach, advise, communicate, organize, and measure incremental sales generated by various sales channels including: local promotions, marriage mailers, loyalty programs. This individual is responsible for management of all vendors related to these channels. This manger will be responsible for the allocation of all local store marketing funds on Market Place to ensure all monies are strategically spent.

 

Primary Responsibilities: (will include but not be limited to):

  • Guide, educate and support Owner Operators directly on local Market Place spend initiatives, evaluating their results.
  • Work with all sales channels vendors directly regarding contract negotiation, store sign ups, marketing/sales initiatives, and evaluation of results/campaigns.
  • Educate, coach and train internally and externally on sales channel initiatives and rollouts.
  • Drive and manage the development of traffic driving programs, toolkits, including the Community Marketing Calendar, and resources for Owner Operator local success.
  • Proactively communicate with department leadership to identify training, operational and marketing needs and developing immediate plans to improve sales channel performance.
  • Manage regional/market budgets and planning calendars.
