Position Summary

Job Summary

The Director will report directly to the VP of Sales & Deployment and will partner regularly with senior leadership across the organization as well as with franchise directors to support operations readiness and excellence.


Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide analysis, including variances against previous forecast and previous year, identify trends and track potential risks and opportunities for the year with guidance from VP of Sales & Deployment
  • Expert in utilizing Excel and building required reports at hoc
  • Drive Content Management System
  • Website Menu Management
  • Supports all Operations initiatives and projects
  • Communicate and explain period and annual results internally and provide variances against forecast
  • Develop reports and tracking mechanisms for business plan target achievement progress
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Develop detailed action plans to maintain standards for Owner/Operator and stores to maintain operational excellence
  • Drive results and follow up on all tracking
  • Ensure all key performance indicators and profitability goals are met by overseeing the financial success of requested reporting supporting President and VP Sales & Deployment
  • Translates the overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to the FD’s upon request
  • Partners closely with VP Sales & Deployment and collaboratively with corporate functional leaders on all programs introduced to the field
  • Assist VP of Sales & Deployment with oversight and management of restaurants pricing strategies budgeting, forecasting, and metrics
  • Optimize Operations and Procedures working with PM, VP Deployment and field leadership
