    Position Summary

    We are looking for a Franchise Sales Director who will be responsible for all aspects of the franchise sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to join the nation’s largest Barbecue chain and become a part of a high performing team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are a representative of the know ledge, skill, and/or ability required.


    *This is not a management role

    *Base plus lucrative commission structure (paid out monthly)


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Ability to learn and understand the brand and communicate the opportunity to potential prospects
    • Coordinate the timely execution of approval and authorization documents
    • Continually source prospective buyers
    • Quickly develop rapport and trust with potential prospect s
    • Sustain professional conversations with current  franchisees
    • Compile information quickly and resolve problems with short notice
    • Work at a fast pace and push deadlines and timelines
    • Coordinate all tasks to see each project through to timely completion
    • Communicate status and report progress daily
    • Coordinate I prospect to visit to our corporate office a week


    • Previous franchise and/or restaurant industry experience is helpful but not necessary 
    • Proficient internet research skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey the business sales strategy
    • Good interpersonal skills while working in a strong team setting
    • Convey professionalism during all manners of conversations, heavy phone experience
    • Ability to problem solve quickly and offer resolutions
    • Uncompromising ethics in a fast-paced environment
    • Organized in all aspects of sales from beginning to closing of deals to completing administrative type tasks
    • A strong desire to succeed
    • Demonstrates persistence and motivates team members
    • Makes goals and exceeds them
    • Excellent customer service and networking skills
    • Flexibility to identify and respond quickly to changes and priorities in a rapid growth environment
    • Must exhibit the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas

    • Follow all department SOPs
