    Job Summary

    The Business Implementation Manager will  handle strategic management and coordination of major project implementations.

    • Strategic management and coordination of business segments
    • Responsible for critical off premises and on premise business development (delivery, catering, retail, etc.)
    • Develop plan for successful execution of initiatives
    • Drive execution based on review and assessment
    • Proactively identify implementation opportunities and resolve issues
    • Provide administrative leadership and coordination
    • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
    • Analyze and report upon success metrics
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Manage tasks and projects
    • Establish formal means of accountability
    • Advises and makes recommendations
    • Supervises daily execution of initiatives
    • Develop profitability model for all initiatives
    • Create timelines and project plans
    • Define and develop business protocols
    • Travel as necessary for business review and support
