    Position Summary

    Job Summary: The Primary role of the Vice President of Franchise Operations is to direct and lead franchise operations needs for the Brand. You will drive and execute brand initiatives to enthusiastically grow the franchise system by improving Average Unit Volume growth, system catering, sales per complaint, positive check count, and overall system profitability.

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Meet or exceed company sales and profit expectations while maintaining standards in all areas
    • Work with members of the Franchise Operations and Administration teams to drive profitability
    • Assume administrative responsibility for operations with a specific emphasis on finance
    • Provide guidance and managerial support to team members of the franchise operations team
    • Forecast business trends for company operations
    • Analyze and synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information and extrapolate the business and financial significance of the information
    • Seek input for key business decisions, and providing sound business advice and allocation of useful resources
    • Commit to the brand standards for franchise compliance
    • Meet or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicator metrics all levels
    • Drive profitability at regional, district and unit levels through direct management of strategic initiatives
    • Motivate, lead, coach and develop the Franchise Operations team in the successful partnership management with Owner/Operators
    • Maintain budget controls on all operations activities tied to region and employees
    • Maintain compliance with the above job description for all areas
    • Commit to any time necessary to fulfill the job requirements and work product
    • Assist supervisor with any job duties necessary for the success of the department
    • Travel for store related business and events
    • Ability to multi task in a high paced functioning environment.
    • Approximately 25% travel, with the ability to work nights and weekends
