    Position Summary

    The Primary role of the Franchise Director will be to assist and coach our Owner/Operators by focusing on operational execution, labor/cost of goods management, execution of our business model, the importance of community involvement and grass roots marketing. The Franchise Director will be responsible for an assigned district of restaurants and will be evaluated based upon his or her ability to achieve sales and profit growth within the district.



    • Provides mentoring, guidance and development advice to franchisees for approximately 25 franchise restaurants
    • Provides strategic operational support in the areas of: service standards, product quality control, training, safety, sanitation, and new restaurant openings
    • Conducts operational reviews and evaluations including assisting the franchisees in identifying business opportunities and finding solutions to sales and cost controls
    • Communicate changes in the Company’s specifications and procedures 
    • Full multi-unit accountability for sales and profitability
    • Interpreting information from reporting systems and utilizing the data to coach operational standards
    • Utilizing reporting systems to resolve trends in sales and cost of goods
    • Ensuring compliance will all company standards
    • Analyze district results monthly and present to operations team
    • Extensive travel to train and work with assigned stores within your operations district
    • Implement/manage Dickey's Community Marketing Program
    • Build sales for assigned stores 
    • Grow existing customer frequency and engaging new customers
    • Stay current in industry trends 


    Experience and Requirements: 

    • 5+ years of any combination of restaurant operation experience and education 
    • Consistent record of meeting operational commitments
    • Experience working with Franchisee's required
    • Travel as needed- up to 75% travel within assigned district 
    • Restaurant marketing experience a plus
    • Communication and email savvy is required
    • Willing to have a flexible schedule
