    Position Summary

    Job Summary: The LSM Manager is responsible for strategic marketing support for the regional team as well as tactical marketing implementation & support individual stores; reporting directly to the Regional Operations Leader.

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Work with Franchise Directors and Vice Presidents of their regions on market-wide initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness and share results with Marketing and Operations
    • Support in training and facilitating new and current owner/operators in effective marketing concepts and tactics
    • Collaborate on and coordinate implementation of Local Restaurant Marketing tactics developed by Regional Marketing team to drive traffic and repeat visits from inside and outside the restaurant
    • Support New Restaurant Opening plans and follow up with regional teams post-opening at 30/60/90 day intervals
    • Proactively communicate with Director of Regional Marketing to identify business and marketing and implement plans to improve sales, guest count and/or profitability
    • Establish strong relationship and communications with internal Dickey’s teams
    • Constantly monitor the competitive environment and share with others and analyze changing marketing trends
    • Brief and train key stakeholders to support regional and field marketing campaigns
    • Always follow-up before status of a task is inquired
    • Follow up with supervisor immediately or within the same day with a situation(s) you need guidance
    • Maintain compliance with the above job description for all areas
    • Assist supervisor with any job duties necessary for the success of the department
    • Manage day-to-day work such as development of creative assets and timelines
    • Understand the basic concepts involved in a content management system
    • Research media platforms and needs to assist with identifying opportunities to strengthen marketing efforts
    • Coordinating logistics for meetings, including scheduling, managing employee registrations and meeting reminders, reserving meeting locations and ordering materials, supplies, as needed
    • Preparing materials for presentations and meetings, including typing, proofreading, photocopying and distribution
    • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent field experience
    • Professional experience in marketing and/or managing email database and implementation
    • Two years of experience in an administrative or support role in a marketing or communications environment
    • Experience with managing processes, analyzing information and problem solving
    • Experience in providing high-level administrative and analytical support, including ability to exercise sound judgment, detail-oriented, discretion, initiative, tact and diplomacy
    • Multitasker with ability to work on multiple projects for multiple people
    • Work well in a team environment, have a good attitude and be respectful of others
    • Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to take ownership of work; not sensitive to criticism
    • Perform duties and responsibilities with a positive, “can do” demeanor
