    Position Summary

    The Director of Off Premise Sales will handle strategic management and coordination of major project implementations. They will innovate, design and execute strategic objectives to further develop off-premise presence through planning, innovation, analysis, business plan development, and developing and maintaining on-going relationships with key stakeholders.
    Key responsibilities will include:
    • Develop and execute off-premise sales plans at a national level including delivery, 3rd party, online/app ordering platforms, catering and retail.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, marketing, operations and other departments as necessary to develop a holistic approach around our off-premise presence.
    • Gather, consolidate, assess and distribute feedback on cross functional projects.
    • Drive execution based on review and assessment.
    • Proactively identify implementation opportunities and resolve issues.
    • Provide administrative leadership and coordination.
    • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
    • Analyze and report upon success metrics.
    • Manage projects and tasks.
    • Advise and make recommendations for process improvement.
    • Develop profitability models.
    • Create timelines and project plans.
    • Investigate business activity, industry trends and competition.
    • Define and develop business protocols.
    • Travel as necessary for business review and support.
