    Position Summary

    Job Summary: The primary role of the Real Estate Manager is to contribute to the success of the development departments by performing administrative support and tasks. The Real Estate Manager reports directly to the VP of Real Estate and works with all members of these teams.

     

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Oversee real estate projects from start to finish working within the timelines of the franchise agreement
    • Build and manage relationships with broker communities
    • Build strong relationships with owner operators
    • Complete demographic studies in current and forecasted markets thru ESRI
    • Maintain map of existing and future stores on ESRI
    • Carve out territories for future FA and DA purchases
    • Travel and site acceptance
    • Assist and negotiate LOIs and leases in the best interest of the brand and the owner/operator
    • Transition projects successfully to the construction team
    • Ensures all documents, agreements, leases are in place prior to transition including fully executed leases and fact sheets are completed for both new development and retention deals.
    • Works to source available sites within appropriate markets for the sales team
    • Pre-site recommendations of specific locations for sales team
    • Reviews trade journals and attend staff and association meetings to keep informed of marketing conditions, property values, and legislation, which would have an impact on the real estate industry
