    Position Summary

    Job Summary: The primary role of the Franchise Sales Specailist is to contribute to the growth and success of the overall company by developing and selling to prospects. The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Development and works with all members of the organization and executive teams.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Sell 3+ franchise agreements a month.
    • Implement processes to support overall business growth.
    • Research competitors process for bringing in new franchisees. .
    • Design and release franchise sales webinar for prospects.
    • Responsible for bringing SR VP of Development in on final closing calls.
    • Must always have company development needs at forefront.
    • Maintain accountability and compliance standards within the department, company and franchise laws.
    • Must be positive and provide positive work environment with other team members.
    • Must provide call log emails, and deal updates nightly.
    • Must send commitments daily.
    • Must make 100 calls a day and or 20 connections.
    • Must complete monthly book reads
