    Position Summary

    Specific duties:
    • Accept inbound phone calls from DBRI Owner/Operators and respond within 24 hours
    • Make outbound calls daily to DBRI Owner/Operators regarding business operations
    • Confirm rollout or implementation readiness
    • Use internal ticket tracking system to create or monitor tasks
    • Communicate daily with Owner/Operators and Operational Leads
    • Ensure Dickey’s operational standards are communicated to each Owner/Operator
    • Remove obstacles to Owner/Operator or Operational Lead success
    • Demonstrate outstanding follow up
    • Resolve operational issues over the telephone
    • Demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills both internally and externally
    • Drive the Brand forward
    • Handle all Dickey requests and affairs as priority and with discretion
    • Always follow-up before status of task is inquired about
    • Follow up with supervisor immediately or within the same day with a situation(s) you need guidance on or are unfamiliar with
    • Maintain compliance with the above job description for all areas
    • Commit to any time necessary to fulfill the job requirements and work product
    • Assist supervisor with any job duties necessary for the success of the department
    • Travel for store related business and events
