    Position Summary

    Job Summary

    An expert in anything operations related, the primary role of the Franchise Support Manager is to contribute to the success of the franchise owner/operators and the franchise system as a whole through enforcement of standards, community marketing, training and general operational expertise. Internally known as the Rapid Response Team, the Franchise Support Manager will be on call to go where the business needs, responding to urgent operational or financial needs.

     

    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following.

    • Meet or exceed store level sales and profit expectations while maintaining standards in all areas of store compliance
    • Commit to brand standards for franchise compliance
    • Document standard deficiencies as noted in visits or audits through written, verbal, photographic, and/or video methods
    • Resolve store operational deficiencies in a timely manner
    • On-site training of standards
    • Strategic and tactical community marketing implementation
    • Travel on short notice responding to urgent store needs
    • Interpret information from reporting systems and utilize data to discover areas of possible operational deficiency and create corrective action plans
    • Follow up as necessary to ensure corrective action curing store deficiencies are completed
    • Discuss and follow up on action plans providing regular updates to Operational Leadership
