    Position Summary

    Job Summary: The primary role of the Catering Sales Specialist is to contribute to the success of the Catering Sales departments by performing administrative support and tasks. The Catering Sales Specialist reports directly to the Senior Catering Sales Manager and works with all members of these teams.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

     

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in answering the Catering Hotline between the hours of 8 am and 7pm to consult potential customers.
    • Following through with all catering sales and leads:
    • Call store to give credit card information and obtain receipt immediately. Call store day before catering to ensure they are prepared, as well as follow up with customer after catering to ensure catering went well. Close out sales in and report any discrepancies to Operations Assistant. Look up receipts in dickeys.net.
    • Leads: Follow up with customers to close out as sales or report as dead leads.
    • Complete all Daily Deliverables by EOD
    • Assist catering team with ALL CRM Statuses.
    • Send ALL Follow-Up Reminders for quote statuses.
    • Contact/Respond to all catering@dickeys email request within the hour of submission.
    • Monthly BU Training for Owner Operators.
    • Report daily/weekly sales/lead generation. Observe monthly and year over Catering trends.
    • Maintaining positive relationship with Owner/Operators, managers and staff.
    • Assist Catering Manager and Catering Experts.
