Position Overview: Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections and operating forecasts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

• Prepare accurate daily financial reports
• Identify action items to obtain goals and objectives
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Create financial analysis reports and models
• Collect financial data from internal departments
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPI) and objectives
• Drill into data to make recommendations as to business decisions
• Identify areas for revenue opportunities and cost improvements
• Identify and research variances
• Perform ad hoc analysis
• Analyze current financial performance and make recommendations towards financial optimization
• Create P&L for business units, identify model revenue and cost drivers, implement approved recommendations
• Present risks and rewards of various financial planning methods and make recommendations towards obtaining goals and objectives

Pre-requisites and desired skills

• Strong Excel skills required
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field
• 3+ years experience in FP&A or related field
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
• Experience with PowerBI preferred
• High level of commitment to quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable navigating through gray areas without clear solutions to come up with solutions
• Ability and willingness to work in a Dallas based office while also supporting other offices
