Position Summary

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

  • Ensure new store opening marketing and social media in place.
  • Train and support catering methodologies as appropriate in designated country. 
  • Coordinate needs for Marketing collateral to support new and existing partner support materials as well as the marketing calendar by country and/or region.
  • Cultivate relationships with vendor/supplier brands to develop global marketing programs and directly influence participation in these programs.
  • Provide Marketing and Branding consulting support to existing and new global partners.
  • Develop and effectively communicate marketing plans that support sales building, profitability and growth.
  • Define marketing objectives and set/achieve measurable KPIs including, but not limited to, increasing brand awareness, increased sales and other brand health metrics.
  • Implement and oversee execution of go-to-market strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maximize budgets to achieve positive ROI.
  • Continual evaluation of media plans to sure effective reach of target audience/guest; adjusting as needed.
  • Establish social media strategy and oversee implementation, with an understanding and adherence of social media guidelines by country.
  • Evolve/manage brand positioning and target audience by country.
  • Ensure and validate brand consistency at every point of guest contact.
  • Assessment of creative work to ensure clear communication and resonation with our target audience/guest.
  • Monitor and react quickly to market trends, products, consumer and competitors’ activities to identify and act upon key opportunities/threats.
  • Use internal and external data to measure and optimize all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic marketing/media guidance to franchise partners across the world as needed.
  • Maintain and manage International Brand Standards and supporting resources.
  • Assist with menu creation and approval. 
  • Coordinate brand usage and guide development of further brand extensions between partner organizations and Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants in Dallas, Texas.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or business; or related work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in restaurant marketing field
  • International experience desired
  • Experience with digital marketing formats a must
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
  • Ability and willingness to work daily in a Dallas-based office.
  • Ability and willingness to support locations outside of traditional work time zones.
