Position Summary

Job Summary

This role is responsible for analyzing, reporting upon, and managing Company owned store financial metrics as well as assisting with other Company financial analyst and reporting responsibilities as needed.

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Pull, audit, communicate and enforce individual company owned store and district KPIs.
  • Compile, analyze and disseminate financial reports, including but not limited to cash flow and P&Ls.
  • Track, report and manage Company financial metrics (i.e. department spends).
  • Extract and analyze raw data from large data sets, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze past revenue results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and assist in the development of the revenue forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the financial performance and present findings to leadership.
  • Create and disseminate scorecards to measure financial KPI’s and the performance
  • Accurately and completely audit purchases to ensure compliance.
  • Audit schedules to ensure compliance.
  • Audit daily performance metrics in support of the various departments and business units.
  • Forecast models as necessary.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports in an easily digestible manner.
  • Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions.

 

Pre-requisites and qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of excel
  • Restaurant management level experience desired but not required
  • Financial acumen
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and directly
  • Ability and willingness to work in a Dallas-based office
  • Ability and willingness to work outside of traditional business hours
