Position Summary

Job Summary

The primary role of this role is to contribute to the success of the Company by ensuring that stores open and/or transition successfully. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Open new store and transitioned stores on scheduled date, minimally meeting all operational standards, brand reputation expectations and key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Lead transition and opening processes and tasks to deliver necessary results.
  • Resolve transition and opening issues removing barriers to success.
  • Manage the tasks of the project, ensuring completion of tasks by all team members.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage and validate task completion.
  • Support profit initiatives, mitigating loss opportunities
  • Review and track funds owed, assisting with collection when necessary.
  • Manage relationships with Franchise Partners throughout the transition and opening process.
  • Handle and bring resolution to escalations with or from Franchisees.
  • Manage vendor paperwork and proceses, ensuring accurate completion in time for transitions and openings.
  • Perform and identify project risk assessments to minimize project impacts and delays.
  • Report status of projects with timely and appropriate information.
  • Attend daily/weekly functional meetings with Franchisees and internal teams to track/report progress.
  • Verify that internal departments have completed the paperwork required to sign off on their segment to transitions and openings.
  • Manage collected fees for new openings, collecting them when necessary.
  • Present to training classes and/or potential Franchisees and/or the internal teams as necessary to educate on the development process.
  • Travel as necessary to support training, development and opening responsibilities
  • Manage profitability verification process. 

Prerequisites

  • Restaurant management experience desired
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Organized and detail-oreinted
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability and willingness to work in Dallas based office when not traveling
