Position Summary

Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day social activities, driving engagement, curating UGC, and collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality content. If you’re passionate about food and lifestyle brands, have an eye for trends, and love bringing stories to life through social media — we want to meet you.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Content Planning & Scheduling
    • Develop, organize, and manage social media calendars for multiple clients and internally.
    • Create and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
    • Manage post approvals, copywriting, and visual coordination with the creative team.

  • Content Creation
    • Plan and execute small-scale content shoots (product, recipes, lifestyle, etc.) using lighting setups and props.
    • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure on-brand visuals and messaging.

  • Community Management & Engagement
    • Conduct daily moderation and engagement across brand channels.
    • Interact with followers, respond to comments, and proactively engage with relevant brands and creators.
    • Identify UGC opportunities and request permission to repost within brand guidelines.

  • Trendspotting & Innovation
    • Stay ahead of emerging social trends, tools, and formats.
    • Bring proactive ideas for content, campaigns, and audience engagement
      .
  • Cross Functional Collaboration & Franchise Support
    • Partner with franchise owners to support local digital marketing performance and adoption of best practices.
    • Work with creative teams to develop high-performing assets tailored for each channel.
    • Support integrated GTM plans for menu launches, LTOs, and sales-driving promotions.
    • Collaborate with operations and finance to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • *This role requires living in the Dallas metro area, there is no relocation being offered.
