Position Summary

This role will play an integral part in the successful growth of the Company by managing the timely development of new stores and successful transition of existing stores to new owners. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams as well as with external partners and new/existing Franchise Owners.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Deliver projects on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop and manage relationships with Franchise Owners, vendor partners and internal support teams
  • Document and report upon project progress including development schedule of each location
  • Develop and manage project budgets
  • Review blueprints, making recommendations to optimization
  • Coordinate outside partners (i.e. General Contractors, vendors, etc.) and hold to schedule
  • Manage permit submission processes
  • Review comments made by municipalities and coordinate/implement necessary adjustments to obtain all permits
  • Verify completion of all tasks
  • Identify and resolve issues slowing down any project
  • Host daily status meetings, taking and disseminating notes
  • Administer all tasks/requirements in FranConnect

Requirements:

  • College degree or related experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Detailed eye
  • Proven ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with FranConnect a plus
